Operations Manager EMEA - Maternity leave cover

We are looking for an Operations Manager (covering Maternity leave) to support our EMEA teams.

In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director, Head of Operations (based in Tel Aviv).

We are looking for someone with the drive and passion for executing day-in and day-out, eager to partner and collaborate with various stakeholders and employees.

Success in this role requires a high degree of organization, strong communication skills, healthy combo and balance of big picture planning and tactical execution, creative thinking and last but not least, the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth and functional workspace environment of multiple offices in the EMEA region while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture
• Oversee all aspects of office look and feel, maintenance and repairs, and space planning
• Backfill and support the Tel Aviv Office Manager in all office services and facilities - pantry and refreshments, cleaning, office supplies, and deliveries. Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
• Support the team with travel booking - including collaboration with the local travel agent and ad-hoc projects and events
• Responsible for personal gifs for life events (e.g. birthdays or weddings) for the London and Tokyo employees
• Ownership, planning, and execution of EMEA team events
• Support internal events, summits, training sessions, onsite and offsite (including local Happy Hours and holiday celebrations)
• Conduct Onboarding and Offboarding operations tasks and support
• Track and monitor Operations budget
• Support the company’s President & COO with travel, expenses, schedule and broader Management related duties
• Close partnership with the HR and Finance teams

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role is a must
• A proactive and can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Office software or Google applications
