Yango Deli is an e-grocery delivery service that uses a tested model of hyperlocal delivery in 10-15 minutes from dark stores, supported by our proprietary technologies and know-how.

You will be responsible for:

• Handling full-cycle recruitment for various positions
• Interacting with hiring managers regarding their staffing needs, their role requirements, and other recruitment processes
• Using direct search methods, job boards, advertising, social media, networking, and employee referrals
• Interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidates to identify the ones that best fit position requirements
• Managing resumes in our ATS
• Reporting on vacancies
• Getting involved in various internal and external HR-related projects
