Head of Sales

Admetec is a fast-growing manufacturer and global leader in the medical device industry.

We are seeking a passionate professional to lead our global and local sales activities as the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
• Lead and manage sales teams across multiple channels and territories
• Build and optimize sales processes, lead sales campaigns, and identify new business opportunities
• Oversee the company's relationships with distributors through the sales team
• Conduct negotiations and formulate agreements
• Collaborate closely with various departments to drive performance improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, or Law (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management (required), experience selling medical equipment is a significant advantage
• Proven experience managing sales through international distributor networks (required)
• Demonstrated success as the head of a sales department
• Proficient in English (required)
• Strong strategic thinking, creativity, systematic view, and leadership abilities
