Frontend Platform Team Lead

About The Team

The team set the foundation of frontend in Fireblocks. It’s responsible for our frontend platform that encapsulates the work of all frontend developers in the company. The team also gives velocity to other developers by developing libraries, tools and our design system that keep our product consistent and in high quality.

What You'll Do

• Mentor, lead, guide & Inspire a team of talented frontend professionals, providing day-to-day management and support, driving strategic processes and initiatives.
• Work closely with the team (Hands on) to ensure the implementation of best coding, engineering practices and shaping our front-end development strategies in React.
• You will be responsible for designing and leading the development of scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,providing technical leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  
  

• 1+ years of experience as a Team Lead of a Frontend team.
• 4+ years of experience with frontend frameworks such as React & Typescript.
• 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong background in architecting and building complex & large web applications.
• Experience in writing code in Agile, CI/CD environments.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proactive approach with ability to organize self and work effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with MobX - Big advantage
  
  

• B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with Blockchains/cryptography ecosystem.
