Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience leading a team.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - A "can-do" mentality
- Eager to grow and learn new things.
- Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Demonstrated expertise in tech support and help desk
- Capacity to perform well under stress and communicate effectively face-to-face
- Solid knowledge of networks and familiarity with configuring network devices. Work experience with Linux
- One year of experience using Apple MacBooks
Nice to have Skills:
- Familiarity using Atlassian products.
- Familiarity using VMware vSphere.
- Familiarity with endpoint protection programs.
