Talent Acquisition Specialist

On Connecteam's HR team, we work on the front lines of our company's growth. We believe in insatiable curiosity, unique perspectives, and raw talent. As an ambassador to our candidates, you'll live and breathe our values, expertly communicate our mission and work in lock-step with our hiring managers and interview teams.

What You'll Do

• Using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for proactive sourcing and advertising Jobs.
• Maintaining good quality talent pipeline.
• Providing a first-class candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
• Working closely with hiring managers at the department to understand their goals and needs.
• Recruiting R&D, Sales, Customer Success, and Globally (AUS and USA).
• Identify ways to improve our recruiting process.
  
  

• Sourcing experience for Senior Positions.
• Experience in recruiting A-Z.
• Great learning capabilities.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization as well as externally.
• Ability to understand relevant skills and target non active candidates.
• Fluent English.
• Team Player.

• Familiarity with the recruitment processes and practices in both Australia (AUS) and the United States (USA).
• Experience from Recruiting Agency.
