Community Manager

Based in Tel Aviv, the first prop trading firm to incorporate AI is seeking a Community Manager.

If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you.

The person we're looking for has outstanding speaking and writing abilities and can create captivating content. You should be great at creating engaging content and enjoy interacting with people, online and offline. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of the company's brand and manage all community communications.

Responsibilities:

• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
• Generate captivating text, image, and video content for social media platforms.
• Respond to comments and customer queries.
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Arrange and participate in events to foster community and enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on new products and features.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, prospective clients, industry experts, and journalists.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a community manager.
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., establishing an online forum, initiating an ambassador program, curating an event series, composing an email newsletter).
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Hands on experience with social media management for brands.
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
