Account Manager

Job Description:

TESI is seeking an experienced Account Manager capable of managing both fundamental and ongoing client accounts, with an emphasis on recruiting employers and identifying relevant job opportunities for graduates. The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources, along with strong management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage existing client accounts, including planning and implementing significant revenue-generating systems.

Conduct market research and outreach to employers, recruiting them for relevant job positions for graduates.

Establish and maintain relationships with employers and various stakeholders for recruitment purposes.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in account management and human resources is a significant advantage.

Strong networking abilities and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Experience in recruiting and placing employees in professional roles is a plus.
