Humanz is looking for a paid acquisition specialist to join our team.

What will you be doing?

• Building a new growth channel to our global brands’ portfolio, including global enterprises and many DTC brands.
• Manage and optimize Meta & TikTok campaigns: previous experience in buying media and optimizing campaigns in both platforms is a must.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ads strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored for diverse business types, GEOs, and segments.
• Own and manage end-to-end account-based marketing campaigns across Meta & TikTok.
• Work closely with the company’s management and influence on the future of digital ads!
  
  

• 2-3 years of hands-on media buying experience preferably in a global e-commerce brand or a media agency.
• B.A in Economics/ Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Dominant Excel skills and data driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills: being a natural leader, able to drive people, be driven by insights and results.
• Multitasker, organized with attention to details and a real problem solver.
