Finout is seeking a Vice President of engineering to join our fast-paced company. We are in growth mode and looking for people who can learn and adjust quickly, think strategically, and develop with the company!

As our VP of Engineering, you will lead and manage our talented Engineering teams, be responsible for the development process and maintenance of Finout's product lifecycle, report to the CEO, and serve as a member of the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Own the entire Engineering execution and work closely with the founders and functional leaders in the company
• Responsible for the quality, delivery, and predictability of the team
• Grow the Engineering team in all aspects - personally, organizationally, and professionally
• Solve challenging problems in a fast-paced and evolving environment while maintaining SLA
• Design solutions, set technical direction and quality standards
  
  

• Previous experience as a VP R&D/Senior Engineering Director or equivalent for a growth-stage startup or organization with multiple teams
• Vast experience in infrastructure-heavy organizations, with proven experience supporting large-scale environments
• Experience in dynamic startup companies
• Proven experience managing the development of multi-component B2B SaaS systems using public cloud services
• Apply development methodologies and track them using tools such as Jira
• Data-driven by nature, metrics are your north star
