QA Automation Team Lead

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated QA Automation Team Lead to join our R&D leadership team, manage and mentor the QA & Automation team and lead the quality assurance efforts in the company.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the QA automation team, while providing direction, mentorship, and support
• Establish and enforce QA best practices, standards, and guidelines across the company
• Create, execute, and manage automated test scripts to ensure product quality
• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA automation strategy aligned with our product goals
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our QA processes and tools
• Establish yourself as the focal point for QA automation across the company, executing best practices and driving consistency in QA efforts

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a QA engineer and strong Automation orientation
• At least 3 years of experience in leading a QA team
• Experience using Selenium - Must
• Experience in Java/ Python/ C# - Must
• Experience with API testing tools (such as Postman) - Must
• Strong technical knowledge in QA processes and testing methodologies
• Excellent technical skills at identifying bugs and solving complex problems
• Knowledge of networking protocols and using network analysis tools
• Experience working with any of the major cloud providers- Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
• DB & SQL experience/knowledge
• Experience with Docker containers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English
