Product Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product/Business Analyst to join our product team. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, data analysts, and stakeholders to support our mission of delivering high-quality products and services. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fintech innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed data analysis to support decision-making processes
• Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders, marketing team, data analysts and product managers, to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for product improvement
• Assist product managers in the development of product roadmaps and strategies.
• Assist product managers in market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our product offerings and maintain a competitive edge
• Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for product improvement
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
• 3+ years experience as a Product/Business Analyst in the fintech or banking industry
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and SQL
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
