QP & Release Coordinator

Summary

The QP & Release Coordinator provides technical support in quality matters, safety and data integrity according to regulatory requirements and the company Quality Manual and Policies. Moreover, the person is responsible for releasing Novartis drug products to the Israeli Market.

About The Role

Your key responsabilities:

Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Maintain current knowledge of local and international regulatory and legislative requirements to ensure technical support in quality issues.
• Taking part in implementing GMP regulations and actions resulting from internal and external Audits.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with local DRA/Logistic and with global functions/ manufacturing sites.
• Responsible for releasing imported commercial batches to the market and IMPs for clinical trials under QA Head supervision.
• Support temperature deviations, both for commercial products and IMPs, occurring during transport, warehouse and end customers storage.
• Manage technical complaints and deviations according to Novartis Quality Manual and local written procedures.
• Ensure, via updating wholesales, with current FP specifications according to changes in Novartis products registration.
• Maintain and review QAA and audits database of Novartis sites and third parties for the Novartis products in the Israeli market.
• Maintain and review PQR/APR database.
  
  

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy.
• At least 2 years of experience in a QP role.
• Fluent in Hebrew and good knowledge of English.
