We seek an Operations Specialist to join our family for a full-time position from our new office in Tel Aviv!
Description:
As our Operations specialist, you will be at the heart of our logistics and customer success, driving smooth and efficient operations. Your keen attention to detail, stellar communication skills, and knack for optimizing processes will be instrumental in upholding the exceptional quality and customer success that define our high-end conferences. Join us in shaping the extraordinary experiences that our brand is renowned for!
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with teammates and external partners to ensure that processes are completed smoothly and efficiently, and uphold EventHandler’s high standard of service
- Managing the Tickets and sponsors Sales Operations as a part of our customer success process.
- Managing vendor logistics for our multiple conferences
- Assisting with the maintenance of our social media tools and websites
- Basic bookkeeping
What are we looking for?
- Experience in office management or an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Highly organized, with acute attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a polished and professional office environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease
- A proactive problem solver with a results-driven attitude and a track record of learning fast
- Fluent in English - Proven experience working both in written and verbal English communication - a MUST.
- Proficient in Gmail (and supporting Google Workspace products), Monday, and other Office tools.
- High project management skills - great at taking an idea to execution at a high level in short time frames.
Bonus points:
- Basic WordPress Knowledge
- Basic Social media management experience
- Familiarity with Eventbrite
