Responsibilities:

• Manage our full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, phone interviewing and in depth face to face interviews.
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms.
• Lead initiatives to promote efficient recruiting & employer branding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting E2E in tech & business roles – a must.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment of a tech startup.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Advanced sourcing & in-depth interviewing capabilities.
• Ability to build strong, collaborative stakeholder and candidate relationships.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about working with people.
