Your Job Purpose:

As a Q Cx Superintendent working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Semiconductor sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Kiryat Gat, Israel. You will coordinate with the Area Superintendents, Cx Field Engineers and Cx Superintendent. You will perform Quality Assurance Inspections and utilise project software tools for logging and tracking purposes. You will oversee and provide guidance to the subcontractors to assist in successful Cx activity completion while driving to meet commissioning deadlines. You will provide coordination with the subcontractors for successful Qc & Cx testing (Calibration & Configuration, SII, Start-Up etc.).

Your Job Description:

• Facilitate stakeholder communication and coordination to ensure seamless Commissioning collaboration between project stakeholders, subcontractors, and the construction team.
• Preform Quality Assurance Inspections - (BIM360 management)
• Complete Quality & Commissioning Checklist & Workflows.
• Manage Quality & Commissioning Issues: Construction Observation Reports, Non-Gating Issues, Deficient work notices (Dispute / Assign-Open / Close-Resolve)
• Align subcontractors with Cx project objectives and oversee their execution in the field to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Provide support for Cx schedule development, sequencing, and tracking, ensuring efficient project progress and milestone achievement.
• Request/ Manage Cx Inspections, Energisation Requests & SIPP.
• Complete Commissioning Checklist & Workflow(s) - (TCC, OAT, T&B).

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Dry / Exhaust / VOC / Scrubbers Systems.
• Experience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate method; familiar with CSI specification system for construction.
• Experience in mech Commissioning, start-up and turnover.
• Experience in Quality Assurance inspections relating to Ducted exhaust systems.
• Ability to work closely with trade and craft people in a field work situation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook), BIM, Procore & Commissioning Software EIDA, Latista, Exto, CXAlloy, Ineight, HoloLens.

Education/Licenses/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR equivalent trade experience.
