Intel Ignite supports in each of its 4 locations twice a year a cohort of the 10 most disruptive early-stage deep tech startups of the respective ecosystem via an intense, 12-week, mentorship-heavy program, fully tailored to the individual needs of the selected companies. Upon entering the program,the participating startupsreceive hands-on mentorship from world-leading Intel and industry experts inallrelevantdomains, includingproduct,technology,go-to-market, sales, IP protection, company building, fundraising, etc.In addition, IntelIgniteprovidesentrepreneurs witha preferred path toleading globalinvestors, in-depthresources, andthe prestigethat comes from being accepted into one of the most challenging and competitive accelerator programs in the world. For more information, please visit Intel Ignite's website: https://www.intelignite.com. We are looking for a motivated individual to support Intel Ignite's leadership team. As a Chief of Staff, you will report directly to Intel Ignite's General Manager, and will work closely with him to integrate all managing efforts. As a Chief of Staff, you will: � Lead annual budget cycles, track, and monitor quarterly changes � Set up, monitor, and measure the organization OKRs � Lead complex project with different business unites across Intel � Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the leadership � Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation � Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them � Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity � Integrate and lead global expansion efforts to launch new sites worldwide (hiring, real estate, work methods, etc.) � Serve as liaison between staff, team members and general manager, regarding organization climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning � Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns � Performing an array of administrative tasks to facilitate operations � Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies � Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has: � Experience working in global organization and global teams or experience planning and leading strategic initiatives � Ability to build relationships with a large variety of audiences � Love and passion for the startup community � Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly demanding, challenging work environment � Demonstrate innovative and out-of-the-box thinking � Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills in English, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively, at all levels of management, throughout the organization and externally � Attention to detail and a collaborative approach to sharing insights � Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to motivate peers, supervisors, and partners � Excellent interpersonal skills � Experience with data analysis or consulting experience with a focus on operations management - a plus � Experience with budget management - a plus
