About the role:

• Overall responsibility for consulting, guiding, and providing professional support across all HR aspects within relevant business units and headquarters.
• Advising managers at various levels, including senior management, on implementing change processes and addressing field-related issues (labor relations, employee personal and professional development, team support, implementation of work methods, etc.).
• Cultivating an optimal employee experience and supportive managerial skills.
• Leading cross-organizational HR processes - employee engagement and retention, leadership development, business performance improvement, promoting operational excellence, and more.
• Initiating efforts to strengthen organizational culture, aligning with business needs from the field, strategic focuses, and organizational values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in HR within a large organization or a growing organization
• Previous experience in managing managers
• Previous experience in guiding cross-organizational change and growth processes
• Familiarity with contemporary HR models and strategies
• Analytical, creative, and business-oriented thinking, innovation, initiative
• Leadership abilities, process management, and relationship management skills
