Role Description

This is a contract role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be mainly responsible for headhunting, but also the role might include in the future the following: Developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. This is a hybrid role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Your a dog/cat lover
• Advantage: Previous experience in a mobile game company
• Advantage: Previous experience in headhunting

Compensation rate: 44 shekels / hour
