About the Position
We are looking for a professional and experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Operation to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing HR operations including performance management, people data, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations. You will oversee the overall office environment, plan and execute culture and engagement initiatives, act as a facilitator for workplace concerns, and implement HR policies. Additionally, this role will be responsible for global recruiting including collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.
*** This is a temporary position for 6 months, a replacement for maternity leave.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end global recruitment, work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
- Responsibility for the well-being experience of the employees through providing updated solutions in various fields of the employee lifecycle.
- Managing HR operations including training needs, performance management, people data, HRIS, compensation and benefits.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and HR administration tasks as needed.
- Control, update, and analyze people's data to identify trends, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration including salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and benefits administration.
- Oversee day-to-day office management, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations/ Talent Acquisition/ HR generalist roles.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
- Strong experience in performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Proven E2E expertise in global recruiting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Task-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent prioritization, time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in leading HR processes, including onboarding and off-boarding, performance review cycle, facilitation of group sessions, top talent retention, and terminations.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
