Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Matrix. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. They will conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. This role is primarily based in Kfar Saba, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
• Strong knowledge of hiring and interviewing techniques
• Ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
• Experience in employer branding initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of relevant labor hi-tech profiles an technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• The position is hybrid and the possibility to work from our new offices in Kfar Saba or from the offices in Modi'in area
