Operations Associate

About the role

We seek a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with little or no prior experience but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. The role involves supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and the sales team with various administrative tasks, online marketing activities, online research, and project management assistance.

Requirements

B.A in:

Business administration (or similar)

About you

2-3 years of experience in administration, project management, and basic marketing preferred. Excellent social skills and a strong team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude. Ability to quickly learn and thoroughly research new and complex fields. Willing to consider candidates with no experience, if they are a great fit. Should possess the following skills:

• Basic marketing principles and digital marketing techniques
• Effective business communication
• Fundamentals of project management
• Social media engagement and management
• Proficient in English and Hebrew
• If you have any experience with healthcare - an advantage
