As a Senior Manager of External Manufacturing, your responsibilities will be:

• Manage the strategic relationships with key External Manufacturer of finished medical products
• Act as a “virtual plant manager” mitigating tactical day-to-day issues to ensure high service level to customers
• Collaborate with multi-functional team (Finance, Product Management, R&D, QA, RA) to assess and approve product/processes changes
• Mitigate supply risks by implementing appropriate solutions, such as raw material dual sourcing, BCP, inventory management
• Partner with the External Manufacturer to identify and implement cost savings initiatives
• Monitor the EM performance in terms of OTD, quality rating and compliance.
• Oversee follow-up activities to ensure business requirements are communicated properly and goods are supplied on time.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in sourcing, external manufacturing management or supply chain in multi-national company
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Diverse experience in multiple supply chain functions such as manufacturing, sourcing, planning, etc.
• Ability to set direction, influence, align goals, and lead and influence others in a matrix organization.
• High sense of urgency and problem solving mindset
