**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist**

a leading forex company, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing and recruiting top talent to help drive our company’s success. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in building a strong workforce that aligns with our corporate culture and business goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the company.

- Manage the full recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts with relevant department managers.

- Leverage various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to source candidates.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants, creating a robust talent pipeline.

- Attend career fairs and networking events to promote our company and attract potential candidates.

- Work closely with HR management to continuously improve our hiring processes and enhance candidate experience.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

- Provide regular reports on recruitment activity and metrics to HR management to aid strategic decision-making.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

- Proficiency in using HR software and candidate databases.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

- Familiarity with labor legislation as it relates to hiring.
