QD-SOL is an innovative green hydrogen technology company located in Ness Ziona. We are at the forefront of the industry with our unique process that generates hydrogen directly from water using sunlight. Our groundbreaking approach is based on revolutionary research conducted by Prof. Lilac Amirav at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. QD-SOL is dedicated to realizing our vision of taking this technology out of the lab and into the industry, addressing climate, sustainability, and cost challenges faced by traditional hydrogen production methods.

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Co-Chief Executive Officer at QD-SOL. As one of the Co-CEOs, you will have day-to-day responsibilities that include overseeing finance, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning. This role is primarily located in Ness Ziona with the flexibility for some remote work.

• Proficiency in finance, including financial planning and analysis
• Experience in operations management and leading cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability in business planning and strategy development
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the green energy or hydrogen industry is a plus
• MSc or MBA in a related field is preferred
