👀Mertens-MalamTeam is seeking a IT Support Specialist  for a Global Organization in Holon!

👩‍💻 Job Description:

• Providing user support through remote control software and in-person assistance
• Supporting operating systems, Office 365 software, hardware issues, servers, communication protocols
• Managing and setting up users in Active Directory

📋 Requirements:

• experience in a similar role in global companies
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems
• Experience in installing and supporting Office 365 software.
• Experience with VMware
• Good proficiency in Active Directory
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues in computers and network equipment, including laptops
• Proficiency in TCP/IP
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software
• High level of English (reading and writing) - a must
