HR Specialist- Maternity leave replacement

Asperii is looking for an HR Specialist to join us and support our hiring needs and growth.

Responsibilities

60% Recruitment and Hiring Process:

Lead the end-to-end hiring process in Israel, the US, and the UK.

• Meet with hiring managers to define positions and business needs.
• Manage job postings on internal and external platforms.
• Source candidates from top talent pools and social media.
• Review and screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, and perform reference checks.
• Keep candidates informed and updated throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare contracts and ensure compliance with relevant country laws (Israel, US, EMEA).

30% Employee Life Cycle Management:

• Handle the onboarding and termination processes end-to-end.
• Conduct follow-up meetings with employees.
• Manage headcount and update employee contracts.
• Coordinate and track in-house HR initiatives, including annual performance assessments, employee engagement surveys, company-wide mentorship programs, and employee training.
• Collaborate with the HR team on new initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits.
• Respond to and assist employees with HR-related queries.

10% Welfare and Operational Duties:

• Perform administrative duties such as managing parking, global holidays, personal employee incentives, and global birthday gifts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working in tech companies in an HR and recruitment role – a MUST.
• Experience in tech talent sourcing on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Clear understanding of technical terms and roles.
• Work experience as an HR professional.
• Experience supporting global organizations as they scale.
• A team player with a true drive to create a positive work environment.
• Proactive and able to multitask and prioritize independently.
• Able to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organization.
• Self-starter, creative, results-oriented, and attentive to details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
