We're seeking an experienced, passionate Senior Recruiter and HR Coordinator who masters blue-collar positions to join our fast-paced team @ Yango Deli.

Role Description

As our Senior Recruitment & HR Coordinator, you'll be the engine driving our hiring machine. From proactively sourcing candidates to seamlessly onboarding new hires, you'll own the entire recruitment lifecycle of our blue-collar positions. 

Your expertise will streamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions to expand our talent pipeline.

This is a hands-on role where you'll not only attract and evaluate candidates but nurture relationships with hiring managers to ensure we secure the best talent. 

You'll also champion employee engagement, development, and wellbeing initiatives.

This is a full-time opportunity based in our vibrant Tel Aviv office.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 2-3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in Blue-Collar and Field roles (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (fluency required), with Russian being a significant plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Prior staffing agency experience - a definite plus
• A proactive drive and the ability to seamlessly juggle multiple tasks
• Standout interpersonal skills to build strong candidate and internal relationships
• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
