About The Job:

We seek a talented Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end technology recruitment for our portfolio companies.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing strategic recruitment consulting and guidance.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for portfolio companies across various tech domains.

- Source and identify top talent through creative sourcing strategies.

- Provide strategic recruitment consulting and guidance to portfolio companies.

- Optimize and streamline recruitment processes and implement recruitment tools.

- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions on recruitment best practices.

- Collaborate with portfolio company teams to understand their unique hiring needs.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical recruitment roles.

- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ATS software (e.g., Comeet, Lever, Greenhouse) is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of SaaS products, technologies, and the tech landscape.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple clients.

- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work with multiple interfaces.
