Revenue Operations Specialist

We're hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing team!

With over 250,000 swimmers monitored weekly across 8 countries, we're driving the movement towards smarter, safer aquatic facilities worldwide.

As our Revenue Operations expert, you'll own sales routines like pipeline reviews and QBRs, producing data-driven insights. You'll create commercial playbooks, documentation, and training to empower our international sales leaders. Most importantly, you'll drive cross-departmental collaboration to eliminate silos and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales pipelines, prioritize tasks, and implement efficient processes
• Deliver data insights through reports, dashboards, and forecasting
• Meet regularly with Sales & Ops leaders for enablement and planning
• Ensure CRM data quality and integrity as our single source of truth

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4+ years Revenue Operations experience (preferably B2B/SaaS)
• Proven track record working hand-in-hand with multinational sales teams
• Expert at owning all aspects of CRM administration (HubSpot preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Goal-driven, process-oriented, with great problem-solving abilities
