Job Responsibilities:
As an HR Business Partner specializing in Union coordination, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of employees within the organization. This includes overseeing recruitment, absorption, and mobility processes, as well as addressing issues related to individual welfare and labor law. Your role will involve guiding employees and managers on various matters and taking charge of training processes and leisure welfare initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Spearheading and overseeing key HR processes within the company.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Facilitating smooth onboarding and absorption of new employees.
- Overseeing employee mobility, transfers, and relocations.
- Addressing individual welfare concerns and queries.
- Providing support to employees and managers on various HR-related matters.
- Being a point of contact for questions, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Developing and implementing training programs.
- Enhancing employee well-being through leisure welfare initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years of experience in HR or related field
- Significant experience in recruitment and organizational diagnosis.
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
