Head of Remote Training Program and Community Management

Summary

The Remote Training and Community Management Program is the primary service provided by "Chef Patrick Consulting" to its clients in the shipping industry.

The program focuses on training cooks onboard commercial ships while they serve onboard.

The program uses a variety of digital and other tools to train and empower ship cooks, aiming to improve the culinary service level provided on the ship. To this end, the training program utilizes a variety of content and pedagogical methodologies tailored to the nature of the engagement and the personnel involved in the program.

Some of the program's activities take place within digital communities (WhatsApp and similar platforms) and some via direct communication through phone and email.

For optimal execution and continuous improvement of the training program, ongoing pedagogical development activities are required, including the implementation of technological tools, evaluation and measurement, action research, and consistent communication with a variety of stakeholders.

Function:

·     Reports to the CEO

·     Responsible for the entire Community Management Program team

·     Works in coordination with the Development Manager

Responsibilities:

·     Formulating program-specific KPIs and monitoring them, including developing measurement tools as needed (in collaboration with the Development Manager)

·     Leading an adapted pedagogical approach, including reviewing and updating existing tools and methods

·     Ensuring execution according to timelines

·     Remote management of the program team:

-             Leading weekly team meetings and daily standup meetings for tracking and goal setting

-            Setting goals for employees and evaluating them

-            Building a professional and effective team

-            Participating in the establishment of an organizational culture aligned with the company's values

·     Collaborating with the Development Manager to align the program's strategy with the company's overall needs and specific partnerships as required

·     Guiding the Content Manager in developing the program's content strategy

·     Working on the CRM system (MS Dynamics 365) and Office ecosystem
