Technical Program Manager

INFINIDAT is looking for a program manager that will be responsible for programs and projects, the PM should drive schedule execution of HW and SW projects while aligning with corporate priorities and constraints. You will manage the interdependencies among various projects and ensure the overall program goals are met.

Additionally, you will oversee programs, develop, and maintain project management standards, metrics, and tools for the enablement of tracking progress, and mitigating risks. As a Program Manager will work with various stakeholders in the company and in the group to ensure proper planning and excellent execution across all projects and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Address product’s deliveries and program related topic
• Facilitate collaboration between teams, understand the system level dependencies; ensure cross-team dependencies are identified and acted on, mitigate delivery risks
• Build clear communication cadences to drive progress and decision making
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources required. Update on project progress, and ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant project/program management experience, preferably within Enterprise organization, with a proven track record of driving change
• Strong management capabilities in a matrix organization, with the ability to effectively collaborate and lead cross-functional teams
• Independent and highly motivated, curious, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and driving projects to successful completion
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate and challenge the team effectively while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
• Configured and managed Jira workflows, team boards, built information radiators in the Atlassian suite (or comparable)
• Attention to details with an ability to dive into technical details
• Familiar with project management methodologies and tools: Jira, SmartSheet, MS-project or equivalent
• Personal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multitasking, ability to drive people and tasks
• Ability to drive people to perform without being their direct manager
• Must have fluent English writing and verbal skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Advantage knowledge: experience with Linux OS, experience with CI/CD, Jenkins or similar CI tools, familiarity with storage domain, storage protocols, networking protocols
