This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist role with Korentec Technologies By Yael Group. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting for the company. This is a hybrid role, based in Kiryat Bialik with flexibility for remote work.

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
• Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Ability to effectively identify and attract top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the software industry and technical skills is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
