Key Responsibilities

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and implementing customer service policies and procedure, Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with customers. This role will also involve identifying and analyzing customer needs, developing and implementing customer retention strategies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Perfect LOCAL LANGUAGE skills (spoken and written), and a good level of English
• experience in customer service, sales ,customer relationship management, or a related field
• Openness to fieldwork, with a Valid Driver's License as an advantage
• Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently, but you are also a very strong team player and have a good organisation skills
• Relentless, results-oriented, someone that wants to go the extra mile to get the job done
