Growings has developed a unique autonomous Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) – it is a 1.5-ton air vehicle - which utilizes the most advanced avionics and aerodynamics technologies that are specifically optimized for the agriculture market. Growings’ UAS aims for precise agriculture solutions in crop-treatment while also focusing on safety and environmental preservation.

The combined expertise of Growings’ experienced aerospace team and Tama’s global agricultural knowledge, along with the cooperation of farmers in the field, has helped Growings develop an incredible product with a major goal: delivering crop solutions with a focus on safety, precision, and farmer satisfaction.

Job Description

The HR leader oversees all human resources for the organization. This includes recruiting and onboarding new employees. The role's main goal is to serve as a strategic partner to the organization's leadership team, representing the human resources function and providing HR expertise and insights to support decision-making and the implementation of people-focused initiatives. The purpose is to align HR strategy with the company's business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting: responsible for planning and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain highly qualified and suitable candidates for various roles within the organization. This includes conducting structured job interviews, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and creating great candidate experience for all candidates.
• Welfare: building, leading and executing the employee experience plan, projects, events, and other people initiatives.
• Employee Development: create learning solutions that enhance employee growth and effectiveness. Support onboarding experiences and continuous learning for individuals and managers. Drive organizational readiness for future challenges.
• Compensation & Benefits: maintaining an efficient and compliant payroll process, designing a tailored benefits package, administering employee benefits programs, collaborating with finance to align the compensation budget, benchmarking pay and benefits against industry standards.
• Performance: implementing feedback processes, facilitating manager's development, and conducting performance evaluations.
• HR policies: create HR policies, programs and practices that meet the needs of the organization.
• Ongoing human resources management: managing HR tasks such as managing employee records, payroll processing, and handling employee documentation.
• Strategic Planning: Collaboration with management to develop HR strategies that align with and support the organization's goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of HR leadership within a startup environment.
• Proficient at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR Information Systems.
• Business level English.
• Analytical ability to create reports.
• High-level knowledge of the labor laws in the State of Israel
