Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Technical Services Specialist at SOLTEK Analytics Ltd. located in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Technical Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our high-end technologies in the food, feed, pharmaceutical, and cannabis industries. This role involves daily interactions with customers, addressing their technical inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. In addition, you will collaborate closely with our team to ensure the highest quality of professional projects and customer service.
