Long story short, you will:

• Manage the entire global recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers. This includes conducting phone and behavioral interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to develop strategic talent pipelines and refine hiring practices, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Establish and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
• Use Comeet and diverse metrics to implement effective, data-driven hiring processes that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Drive creative recruiting and branding initiatives to enhance the employer brand both internally and externally.

It will be awesome if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a recruiter in the high-tech industry.
• Proven expertise in conducting in-depth behavioral interviews.
• Strong skills in managing relationships and building partnerships with stakeholders.
• Effectiveness in managing time, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal communication skills across various interfaces.
• Driven, independent, results-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Language Proficiency in spoken and written English.
