We're seeking a passionate Customer Journey and Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Systems team. You'll leverage your expertise in marketing automation platforms and customer journey mapping to craft seamless, data-driven experiences that nurture leads, convert prospects, and delight existing customers.

In this role, you'll wear multiple hats:

-Marketing Automation Maestro: Own and operate our marketing automation systems. Plan and execute data-driven automations across various channels to optimize conversion rates and maximize customer lifetime value.

-Customer Journey Guru: Develop and execute winning strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Plan, define, and manage captivating campaigns, funnels, and multi-touchpoint email sequences.

-Automation Architect: Craft seamless customer journeys within the mailing system. Collaborate with technical teams, campaign managers, copywriters, and designers to bring your vision to life.

-Integration Expert: Manage marketing automation integrations with other systems (CRM, CMS) to ensure a cohesive experience.

-Data-Driven Optimizer: Analyze customer journeys and campaign performance. Utilize A/B testing to identify areas for improvement and implement powerful automations between marketing technology systems (using tools like Make/Zapier).

-Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Monitor and troubleshoot marketing automation systems to ensure smooth operation.

Skills and Competencies:

-Marketing Automation Master: Several years of experience as a hands-on Marketing Automation Manager.

-Technical Expertise: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.

-Bonus points for basic programming knowledge. Experience with Make/Zapier is a plus.

-Analytical Powerhouse: Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to track campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and make data-driven optimization decisions. Experience with databases, querying, audience targeting, and a mastery of Excel are essential.

-Marketing Savvy: Solid understanding of marketing principles, customer journey mapping, lead nurturing, and audience segmentation strategies.

-Creative Collaborator: A blend of creativity, self-management, strong teamwork skills, and interface management expertise to excel in a collaborative environment.
