About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to spearhead all aspects of our CTV operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing campaign performance, and leading a high-performing team to achieve ambitious CTV advertising goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CTV operations strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the CTV ad serving process, ensuring efficient and smooth campaign delivery.
• Manage and optimize CTV ad inventory across various platforms and devices.
• Lead a team of CTV operations specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of high performance.
• Partner with the sales and campaign management teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance data and identify areas for improvement across trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
• Implement and maintain best practices for CTV ad operations, including quality control and compliance.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in CTV technology and operations.
• Develop and manage the CTV operations budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate operational results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in video advertising operations, preferably with a strong focus on CTV.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing operations teams.
• In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising principles and CTV ad operations workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing data to optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, campaign management, tech).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A strategic mindset with a focus on driving growth and profitability.

Bonus Points

• Experience working with DSP & SSP for CTV.
• Deep understanding of programmatic CTV buying strategies 
• Experience with CTV ad verification tools and processes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
