Position: Business Development Associate

Reporting to: CEO

Job Description:

Business development activities and responsibilities:

• Participate in setting the company’s business development goals.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to support decision-making.
• Develop and present business development plans based on set goals.
• Prepare business and financial analysis, plans, and presentations.
• Prepare target customer lists and prepare sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other necessary documents.
• make initial prospect customers contacts.
• Identify and contact potential business partners.

Company’s online presence responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance of the company’s website.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media channels.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: at least 2 years of relevant work experience in business development (in-house or consulting firm) or a similar field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization and Pressure Handling: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Languages: fluent English (read, write, speak).
