Technological Head Hunter

Experis Israel is looking for a talented Head Hunter to join our team!

We are seeking a determined individual with high motivation and proven experience in the field of technological recruitment and sales.

About the Role

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Identifying opportunities and opening positions and doors with clients.
• Identifying and screening candidates for senior technological roles in leading companies.
• Building relationships with leading employers in the industry.
• Creating a network of connections with technological candidates and managing an updated database.
• Working in a dynamic and evolving team.

Role Requirements

• Minimum of two years of proven experience in technological recruitment.
• Significant sales experience, preferably as a Head Hunter.
• Deep understanding of the technological job market in Israel.
• Ability to identify quality candidates and establish connections with them.
• Ability to identify and create business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English.

• איתור הזדמנויות ופתיחת משרות ודלתות אצל לקוחות.
• איתור ומיון מועמדים/ות לתפקידים טכנולוגיים בכירים בחברות מובילות.
• בניית קשרים עם מעסיקים מובילים בתעשייה.
• יצירת רשת קשרים עם מועמדים טכנולוגים וניהול מאגר מידע מתעדכן.
• עבודה בצוות דינמי ומתפתח.

דרישות התפקיד

• ניסיון מוכח של שנתיים לפחות בתחום הגיוס הטכנולוגי.
• ניסיון משמעותי במכירות עדיפות לבעל/ת ניסיון כ Head Hunter.
• הבנה מעמיקה של שוק העבודה הטכנולוגי בישראל.
• יכולת איתור מועמדים/ות איכותיים/ות ויצירת קשרים איתם.
• יכולת איתור ויצירת הזדמנויות עסקיות
• מיומנויות תקשורת מעולות, הן בעל פה והן בכתב.
• שליטה מלאה בשפה העברית ובאנגלית.
