Job Description:
The role involves monitoring and tracking processes and operations carried out across various computing platforms. Responsibilities include system monitoring through management systems, performing control and monitoring, identifying faults and incidents in the organization's services, troubleshooting according to work procedures, and coordinating with application and infrastructure teams, among other duties.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in Help Desk/IT - a must
- Experience in Windows environments - a must
- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts - a must
- Technical English -a must
- Knowledge in networking, server environments, and databases - an advantage
- Experience in installing and maintaining servers in VMware environments - an advantage
- Familiarity with cloud-managed systems - an advantage
- Experience in a financial organization and working with safes - an advantage
