NOC Operator

We are looking for a motivated and technically oriented NOC Operator to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will monitor critical IT services, respond to incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and collaborate with multiple support teams to ensure operational stability in a 24/6 environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to alerts generated by enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and document incidents.
• Escalate issues according to operational procedures and service guidelines.
• Analyze event flows and system dependencies to support timely incident resolution.
• Work closely with technical and support teams to maintain service availability and stability.
• Follow established operational processes and standard operating procedures.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a NOC, IT Operations, or Technical Support environment.
• Understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools.
• Experience with SolarWinds.
• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Experience with Control-M.
