Key Responsibilities

• Lead product efforts for approximately 80 team members while collaborating with R&D departments, outbound product management, product marketing, support, sales, and QA.
• Engage with customers, sales, and internal/external stakeholders to discern key product enhancements.
• Define the product roadmap and ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, providing vision and requirements, and oversee delivery.
• Utilize Check Point's extensive intelligence and telemetry data for informed product decisions.
• Master competitors' solutions, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers to craft optimal user experiences for administrators and end-users.
• Communicate project status and results to various internal parties, including senior management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of R&D background- Must.
• Background in cybersecurity company- Must.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with cyber security research- big advantage.
• Experience with UX- intensive products for diverse user types.
• Experience as an R&D manager -advantage.
• Experience working with customers- advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making.
• Ability to grasp the big picture and coordinate efforts across multiple development teams.
• Capability to comprehend technical material, including machine learning, cloud, networking, and cyber techniques.
• Independent, self-driven, results-oriented- Must.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of leading and contributing to cross-functional teams.
