Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development Department Manager. The Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day tasks related to product development. This includes overseeing the creation of new designs, managing the development process, and collaborating with various teams. The Manager will play a key role in ensuring our products are innovative, appealing to our target audience, and aligned with market demands.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) – native or near-native level.

• 4-5 years of team management experience.

• Product or Project management experience – gantts, budget, deadlines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Attention to details.

• Design experience- advantage.
