The opportunity

The Engineering & Manufacturing TAPI(Teva API) IT Lead will become a part of the newly established TAPI IT unit and will become a major focal point for all TAPI business needs in the relevant areas.

Eng. & Mfg Lead will also identify relevant digital use cases and define the digital strategy road map and vision, in line with TAPI business strategy and shall coordinate the activities related to TAPI Modernization project.

This person will also become a designated Stake Holder Manager (SHM) for TAPI Engineering and will be in charge of providing a proper IT support as well as creation of implementation plans and follow up execution.

On top of technical support and hands-on activities, the position will be responsible to provide operational and technical guidance to the site teams and global functions to support selecting and designing the relevant platform & methodology and create standardization

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Define the IT strategy in line with business strategy.
• Create and deploy digital use cases roadmap across the network.
• Ensure IT alignment between sites, global functions, technical teams and management by creating supportive platforms, routines and communication channels.
• Explore suitable tools and establish the methodologies for data collection and analysis, advanced algorithm solutions, visualization along with Global and local functions (IT, Engineering, QA, MS&T)
• Implement data lake and visualization platform across the network.
• Explore suitable back-bone hardware, suitable software and supportive IT architecture that will enable to facilitate the modernization plan and vision.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Quality ICH guidelines and regulations in all proposed solutions, maintaining rigorous documentation and validation as required.
  
  

Your Experience And Qualifications

• At least B.Sc in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field or similar with demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar industry.
• 5-10 years of experience in Dealing with Engineering & Manufacturing Solutions - must
• Experience in manufacturing IT and/or OT environments – must
• Proven experience in connection Engineering & Manufacturing systems to the IT solutions - must
• Understanding and experience in data collection and analysis, advanced algorithm solutions and visualization – strong advantage
• Familiarity with Teva plants and solutions – strong advantage
• Background in management/executive role - advantage
• Experience in Industry driving digital transformation programs in industrial environment - advantage
