Operations and Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet the company’s goals and objectives.

- Oversee the management of all operational departments, ensuring alignment with company standards and targets.

- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Experience in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing: The role requires previous experience and a broad understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial practices, including experience in managing production teams and controlling processes.

Planning and Organizational Skills: The candidate needs to be skilled in planning and organizing manufacturing and

supply chain processes to enable the company to operate efficiently and economically.

- Strong understanding of operational best practices and methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage budgets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes

-Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (ex: SAP, ERP, CRM)
