Machine Learning Engineer

A startup in the Generative AI field has developed an AI assistant solution for the developer community, an artificial intelligence mechanism for creating software for organizations and development teams. The system is based on deep learning and big data, learning code as humans do, understanding it, and enabling faster and better coding. With $32 million in funding, they are stable, competitive, and experiencing growth.

The role, as part of the research team, involves working from research to production, tackling problems in LLM, NLP, developing ML/DL/RL models, working with Python - PyTorch, data acquisition, data cleaning, pipelines, optimizations, deployment, scalability, and more.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train station, they operate on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week. They currently employ 35 employees.

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying machine-learning models

• MSc or higher in Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics or equivalent from a university

• Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLMs

• Experience with data acquisition, data cleaning, and data pipelines

• A passion for building products and helping people, both customers and colleagues

• All-around team player, fast, self-learning individual
