We are looking for a team player with a dynamic personality, exceptional interpersonal skills, and fluency in English who can work with multi-cultural departments in Tel Aviv, US, Europe, and more. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Your Impact:

• Support end-to-end hiring process ensuring top-tier candidate expirence
• Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards and LinkedIn
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial CV screenings to assess candidates' skills and experience
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to set interviews, receive feedback on candidates and lead the hiring process to success.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  
  

• Minimum of one year of experience in talent acquisition
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software - Plus
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address recruitment challenges
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
